Black Label Alliance Terms
These Black Label Alliance Terms are subject to and governed by the Master Alliance Agreement, which in turn is subject to the General Terms & Conditions. All provisions of the Master Alliance Agreement and General Terms & Conditions apply to Black Label alliances unless specifically modified herein.
Overview
Black Label Alliance Terms govern white-label partnership arrangements where Company provides support services, managed services, or other offerings that are delivered under the Alliance Partner’s brand to end clients (Beneficial Clients). Company operates in the background while the Alliance Partner maintains the primary relationship with the Beneficial Client.
Black Label Service Delivery
In Black Label engagements:
- Company’s services are delivered under the Alliance Partner’s brand and identity
- Beneficial Clients interact primarily with the Alliance Partner
- Company provides technical expertise and service delivery while remaining transparent to the end client
- All customer-facing communications, branding, and client relationships are managed by the Alliance Partner
Service Scope
Black Label arrangements may include:
- Managed IT services delivered under partner branding
- Technical support services provided to partner’s clients
- Professional services and consulting delivered through the partner
- White-label software solutions and platforms
Responsibilities
The Alliance Partner is responsible for:
- All client-facing relationships and communications
- Sales, contracting, and billing with Beneficial Clients
- First-line client support and escalation management
- Maintaining brand standards and client satisfaction
Company is responsible for:
- Delivering technical services as specified in the engagement
- Maintaining service quality and meeting agreed performance standards
- Providing necessary expertise and resources
- Operating transparently to preserve the partner’s client relationships
