Key Principle: Client or Alliance Partner executes a SINGLE document (SOS/SOW/RBS/GRA/BOM) that specifies all selections and incorporates all other terms by reference to online documents.

These templates are for direct customer engagements under the Master Customer Agreement:

Managed Services

• Scope of Services (SOS) - For ongoing managed services with embedded:
  • SLA package selection
  • Support Echelon selection
  • Invoice & billing terms package
  • Embedded BOM for subscriptions/licenses

Project Services

• Statement of Work (SOW) - For project-based deliverables with embedded:
  • Billing terms selection (milestone, T&M, or fixed-fee)
  • Embedded BOM for project-related software/hardware

Staffing Services

• Resource Breakdown Structure (RBS) - For staff augmentation with:
  • Resource specifications and rates
  • Billing terms selection
  • Equipment and access requirements

Retainer Services

• General Retainer Agreement (GRA) - For ongoing advisory/consultation with:
  • Retainer structure (hours or value-based)
  • Billing terms selection
  • Service scope definition

Materials and Software

• Materials Sales Order (BOM) - For software, licenses, and hardware with:
  • Bill of materials
  • License agreement references (EULA)
  • Billing and payment terms

How These Templates Work

Single Document Execution

Each template is designed as a complete, standalone executable document that:

1. Contains all negotiated terms specific to the engagement (scope, pricing, timeline)
2. Has dropdown fields and checkboxes to SELECT applicable terms (SLA, billing terms, etc.)
3. Incorporates all referenced terms by online reference to the Lifecycle Portal
4. Forms a complete legal agreement when executed

Reference Chain

Every Adobe Sign template incorporates by reference:

• The applicable Master Agreement (MCA or MAA)
• General Terms & Conditions
• All supplemental terms (NDA, IPR, Privacy, Billing)
• Selected options (SLA packages, billing terms, etc.)

Example: Managed Services Engagement

Customer wants managed Microsoft 365 services with subscriptions included:

1. Execute Scope of Services (SOS) document via Adobe Sign
2. Select Gold SLA package from dropdown
3. Select 2nd Echelon Support from dropdown
4. Select NET30 billing terms from dropdown
5. Embedded BOM section lists Microsoft 365 subscriptions
6. Document incorporates by reference:
   • Master Customer Agreement
   • General Terms & Conditions
   • Managed Services Terms
   • Gold SLA Package (online)
